Can I attach a note to my gift?
Yes, each gift comes with a complimentary note card. Once you select your gift, complete the message box section at checkout or leave it blank to fill in yourself.

My purchase is a gift. I don't want any prices or receipts included in the gift.
No problem, we never include receipts or any prices inside our gifts.

What is your return policy?
We strive to make sure that your gift arrives to your recipient looking amazing! We do not offer exchanges or returns but if there are any issues with your gift, please do let us know info@elevategiftarrangements.ca

How does shipping work?
We aim to fulfill your order within 2-7 business days and then it will go through the shipping channel you selected at check out. Our gift arrangements are shipped throughout Canada using Canada Post. Our website will give estimated shipping times, however we can not guarantee the exact shipping date. Holiday Season is the busiest time of the year, plan ahead to allow extra time.

Do you offer curb-side safe pick up?

Yes, we offer contact-less curbside pick-up in a safe way. Pick up takes place in Pickering, ON. Please select pick-up at check out and leave a note in the message box with preferred date/time.

Do you offer a local delivery option?
Yes we offer local delivery within the GTA and Durham Regain, Price will vary depending on specific location. Free delivery in Pickering.

Do you offer same day shipping/rush delivery?

If you would like same day service within the Greater Toronto Area or Durham Region, please send us an email info@elevategiftarrangements.ca and indicate pick up upon check out or call us at 647-525-0622 and we will do our very best to assist you!

Do you ship to the USA?                                                                                 

Not at this time, we are currently only offering shipping within Canada.

I want to order multiple gifts that will be shipped to multiple addresses but your website only allows one address per order. How can I do this?              There are two options, you can either (1) place a separate order for each recipient, or (2) email us the details of your multiple piece order and we will send you an invoice to pay for all of the gifts in one transaction. 

As a Canadian business/maker/artisan, how can I include my product in your gift arrangements?

We are always looking to partner with Canadian brands within our gift arrangements. Please send us an email to info@elevategiftarrangements.ca if you think you would be a great addition.

I would like to customize a gift arrangement, do you offer that?
